SHAOLIN KUNG FU
A traditional chinese fighting system devised in the shaolin temple and passed down through the ages. S.M.A.C. are a predominantly eagle claw system based which focuses on joint locking and pressure point manipulation.

TINY TIGERS
A specialised personal growth program for 3 - 4 year olds. These classes incorporate fun and exciting games based martial arts along with learning life skills. Students who start in this class will progress to our Lil' Dragons program when they turn 5 years old.

BUDO RYU KEMPO
A traditional system of martial arts designed by Kancho Hugh Lynch - Gardner & Hanshi Cheryl Lynch - Gardner which has a progressive modern day approach. A fantastic style of martial arts for both adults and children. Hanshi Cheryl also offers womens only classes every saturday at S.M.A.C.

LIL' Dragons
A specialised martial arts based program for 5 - 6 year olds. These classes incorporate martial arts along with learning life skills such as stranger danger, fire awareness, stranger danger etc. Students who start in this class will progress to our junior program when they turn 7 years old.

SAN SHAO KICKBOXING
Chinese Kickboxing is the predecessor to modern day MMA.
Chinese San Shao kickboxing incorporates all types of kicks, punches, elbows, knees, throws, takedowns and sweeps.
San Shao is a great workout which involves sparring and conditioning training

Full workout stretching program Incorporating aspects of dance based stretching, fully body strengthening exercises and basic acrobatics, stretch & strength is one of the most popular classes we offer at SMAC.
